Two Buildings, One Great Hotel
The two buildings are located just a half block from each other. The 30th Street (Main) building is larger with 140 rooms and is closer to M Street. The 29th Street (Harbour) building is smaller with 78 rooms and located across the street from Washington Harbour Complex on the Georgetown waterfront.
Both buildings offer the same amenities and have similar decor. The Main building has six two bedroom suites and 3 two level town homes. The fitness center in our Harbour Building is larger than the one at the Main building. Many of our repeat guests have their favorite building, while others like to alternate which property they stay at each time.
