Guest Suites
We offer a variety of room types. In addition to our standard studio suites and one bedroom suites, we also offer several larger suites. We have 2 bedroom suites, two level townhouse suites, and two penthouse suites with sweeping views of Washington, DC.
The penthouse in our 30th Street building is a one bedroom suite with Jacuzzi tub and large patio with great views of Georgetown. The penthouse in our Harbour Building has 2 bedrooms plus den and 3 1/2 baths. The patio overlooks the Georgetown Waterfront. This large suite can sleep 6.
These room layouts show our typical studio and one-bedroom suites, which have the following average room sizes:
- Studios - 500 square feet / 46 square meters
- One bedrooms - 800 square feet / 74 square meters
- Executive, luxury & jacuzzi suites- 900 square feet
- Two bedrooms - 1100 square feet / 102 square meters

Each spacious suite is individually designed and decorated with elegant, contemporary furnishings and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and ice maker. All guest suites also include:
